- Enhanced Pay:
Additional pay enhancements for shifts worked during weekends, nights, and bank holidays. - Flexible Bank Work:
Support our services when needed covering gaps due to sickness, holidays, or increased demand.

this is not a permanent contract but a casual position.
- Cleeve Court Twerton, Bath – a welcoming Care Residential Centre offering a safe and comfortable home for 3045 older adults with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and frailty.
As a Bank Senior Nights Care Assistant
, you’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional care and support. You’ll help create a positive environment where dignity, respect, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
- Previous experience and qualifications in care, plus experience leading a team.
- Empathy, passion, and a commitment to making a real difference.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support a range of services.
- Knowledge of older adult care needs (desirable, but not essential).
- Commitment to quality and being the best you can be.
- Treating those you support with compassion, dignity, and respect.
