We are looking for a dedicated Aseptics and Radiopharmacy QA Officer to join our Pharmacy Aseptics and Radiopharmacy Services team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality aseptic and radiopharmaceutical products, supporting patient care across a wide range of clinical services.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS)
• Perform QA checks on batch documentation and environmental monitoring data
• Assist with deviation investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections (e.g. MHRA)
• Contribute to training and compliance monitoring for aseptic and radiopharmacy staff
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective service delivery

• Assist with the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Pharmacy Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with MHRA guidelines and NHS QA standards.
• Perform QA checks on completed batch documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP and local procedures.
• Support deviation, incident, and non‑conformance reporting; assist with investigations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Contribute to risk assessments and support compliance with Trust governance frameworks.
