Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at St Martins Hospital as a Band
6. This role focuses on supporting older people with frailty in an acute setting and offers opportunities to develop clinical leadership skills and contribute to service development.
- Provide high‑standard therapy services to the step‑down ward at St Martins Hospital.
- Manage an independent caseload of patients.
- Work collaboratively with the integrated therapies department to promote learning and development.
- Take part in clinical leadership and service development initiatives.
- Support the delivery of person‑centred care for older adults.
- Experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for working with older adults and frailty.
- Strong clinical skills in an acute setting.
- Willingness to develop clinical leadership skills.
