Care Contingency Group is expanding our team and seeking experienced Community Care Assistants to support domiciliary and ad-hoc packages across Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire and BANES. We are looking for reliable, flexible staff who can travel across surrounding areas as required.

In this role, you will support our client companies as a Domiciliary Care Assistant, covering shifts when their own care teams are unavailable. You will deliver essential care tasks including personal care, medication support, companionship and light domestic duties. Your professionalism, compassion and reliability will ensure clients receive safe, high-quality care in their own homes.

• Minimum 12 months experience within a domiciliary care setting.
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Full Enhanced DBS (support available to complete this process).
• Sufficient referencing to cover the last 5 years.
• Reliability, with a positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent care.
• Flexibility; this is a fast-paced role where round structures and client lists can change, you will be required to travel to different clients.
• NVQ in health and social care is preferred but not required.
