Job Title: Commercial Reporting Assistant

Location: Bath

Hours: Approx. 2 days (15 hours) per week / part time role

Salary: National Minimum Wage dependent on age.

About the Role

Were seeking a Commercial Reporting Assistant to support our Head of Insight in producing quarterly and campaign-specific reports for our commercial partners.

This role is ideal for an A-level (or equivalent student) with numerical and analytical skills and an interest in digital media. Youll gain hands-on experience creating reports using BI tools interpreting data and contributing to real-world commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quarterly and one-off branded content reports using Looker Studio templates.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the reports.
  • Upload completed reports to Basecamp and notify the relevant Commercial team member.
  • Identify unusual trends and data flagging issues to the Head of Insight.
  • Ensure report visuals are professional accurate and consistent.
  • Explore internal databases and support basic data checks (training provided).
  • Maintain organised records of completed reports each quarter.
What Youll Learn
  • How BI and analytics inform commercial and creative decisions in a global media company.
  • Practical use of Looker Studio.
  • How to analyse digital metrics and present insights visually.
  • How media reporting supports partnerships with global brands.
About You
  • Studying A-levels (or equivalent) in a STEM data business or media-related field.
  • Conscientious reliable and takes pride in producing accurate work.
  • Numerate and detail-oriented spotting trends or anomalies in data.
  • Uses common sense - questioning unexpected results and checking data before submitting.
  • Curious organised and proactive about learning.
  • A clear and confident communicator.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using BI tools (Looker Studio Power BI and / or Tableau).
  • Basic SQL knowledge or data querying experience.
Working Pattern
  • Approx. 2 days per week of which at least one day is in the Bath office.
  • Workload varies with busier reporting periods supported by the Head of Insight.
