Commercial Property Lawyer

📍 Bath, Yeovil or Sherborne
The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases and lease renewals
- Lease management
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Corporate transaction support
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and client-focused individual who can bring strong legal expertise alongside commercial awareness. The ideal candidate will have:
- A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent client-handling and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiating abilities
- The ability to instil trust and confidence in clients
