Residential Property Solicitor / Associate
TSR Legal is a full service firm based in Central Bristol looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate.
Role & Responsibilities- Managing and running a full caseload (Non Panel Work)
- Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re‑mortgages, new builds, and buy‑to‑let transactions
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice
- Preferably 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience
- Ability to handle own caseload independently
- Strong technical proficiency in residential conveyancing
- High levels of client care and communication
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Team player
