OVERVIEW
Join a well-established and reputable law firm as a Legal Secretary, providing essential support to fee earners and helping to deliver an efficient client experience. You'll be a part of a close-knit, friendly team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audio typing and preparing legal documents, letters and forms
- Maintaining accurate filing systems (digital and paper)
- Opening and closing client files in line with compliance procedures
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements
- Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
- Assisting with billing, document organisation and general administrative support

ABOUT YOU
- Previous legal secretarial experience
- Audio typing skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a supportive, team-focused environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
