We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will triage all maintenance issues in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem and liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly, efficiently and suppliers’ invoices are paid on time.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training, we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home).
We prioritise safer recruitment, so a Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
