About the RoleThe Operations Manager (permanent) reports directly to the Portfolio Manager and plays a key role in managing the delivery of all property management services within the business area. You will continually improve management services to meet budget targets and client expectations. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
Responsibilities- Deliver property management services for void properties and administrative tasks in line with current legislation and best practice
- Assess and improve existing operational procedures, collaborating with other Senior Managers to determine best practice and implement a uniform approach
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Lead line management, conduct appraisals, and develop other staff members
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance
- Knowledge of the property sector
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Sound financial skills
- Analytical/problem‑solving skills
