Local Service Manager (Mulberry House, Bath, BA1 4AN)

Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Local Service Manager to lead mental health services at Mulberry House. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can support individuals with mental health needs to achieve independence.

£40,904 – £43,057 per annum

37.5 hours per week

• Good understanding of mental health issues and services
• Experience in accommodation-based services with positive outcomes
• Skilled in managing and developing staff teams
• Leading service delivery and working with the Area Service Manager
• Building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
• Monitoring service performance and achieving KPIs
• Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
• Recruiting, managing, and developing staff
• Flexible working hours based on service needs
• Responsible for health and safety within the service

• Previous managerial role within a mental health service, demonstrating strong interpersonal, leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Compassionate, caring and hard working with a hands‑on approach to support
• Experience supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
• Full valid driving licence – travel is a requirement
