Global Learning Delivery & Operations Manager

Join Buro Happold as the Global Learning Delivery & Operations Manager, leading the delivery and operations of global learning programmes that grow capability and drive high performance across the business.

Location:

Hybrid working model based in London or Bath offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and scalability across regions.
  • Own cross‑discipline learning portfolio and budget, optimising quality, efficiency and learner experience.
  • Use data and learner insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and make evidence‑based recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders, Digital Enablement, Programme Delivery and external L&D providers to design initiatives aligned to future capability needs.
  • Drive automation and improvement of L&D systems, tools and workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop L&D Coordinators responsible for end‑to‑end programme administration.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience coordinating L&D programmes in a complex or global environment.
  • Experience managing L&D coordinators or similar roles, ensuring high programme delivery standards.
  • Confidence working with subject matter experts and commercial awareness, including setting and managing budgets.
  • Hands‑on experience with a Learning Experience Platform or LMS, using data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt at pace, solve problems across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborative and relationship‑focused approach across HR and Global Business Service.
  • Confidence producing clear, accurate reports, insights and presentations for varied audiences.
  • Curiosity about digital tools and data, with a commitment to continuous skill development.
