Job Description

The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The role will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role

You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities include helping on the tills, advising customers, and working in the back shop.

  • Help customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more, answer questions, and give great advice.
  • Get to know in‑store offers and schemes and promote them.
  • Help stores run smoothly: ensure products are displayed correctly, provide great service on the tills, and support stock management.
  • Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
  • You will receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What you’ll need to have

Full training is provided for this role. We are looking for people who:

  • Excel in a varied environment, working fast.
  • Communicate and listen effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and promoting collaboration.
  • Understand that small actions make a big difference for customers.
  • Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products.
