Sales Assistant

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we are looking for a Sales Assistant for our Bath store. This contract is 40 hours per week (overtime also available). Our ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, including bank holidays.

• Offer exceptional customer service and maximize sales and KPI targets.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues to contribute to team efficiency.
• Perform stock related tasks such as stock and accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
• Ensure high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards consistently, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales to achieve KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a motivated and productive store environment.
• Manage stock accuracy, replenishment, and delivery processing to maintain inventory excellence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping to enhance the customer experience.
• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and store policies at all times.

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting with a focus on customer service.
• High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Quickly build rapport with customers to deliver exceptional service.
