The Role

You will:

* Provide Mortgage, Protection & Home buying advice

* Guide clients through the full home buying journey

* Manage warm leads generated by our strong brand

* Build long-term client relationships

* Work with our admin and post-app teams for a smooth customer journey

* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

* Experience in mortgage advice (protection/home buying experience helpful but not essential)

* A customer-focused, professional approach

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
