MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a Security Officer located in Bath.
Shift pattern : 42 hour weeks working a mixture of days, nights and weekends. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 15 : 30-01 : 00. Thursday, Friday 15 : 00-02 : 00.
Pay rate : £12.70ph
Specific Duties- Greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out
- Ensuring the safety of visitors to the leisure centre.
- Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high‑profile security presence.
- Knowledge of security systems including life safety systems
- Check alarms and log information.
- Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
- Patrolling of premises
Applicants should have security experience preferably within a leisure centre environment, be smart in appearance with a professional attitude, have excellent customer service skills, excellent punctuality & attendance, be observant and demonstrate the ability to highlight H&S issues within the centre, be able to complete comprehensive incident reports, have a drive to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards and have the ability to work unsupervised and his / her own transport to get to work.
Theideal candidate must have :
- You must be able to work on your own initiative.
- Full 5‑year checkable work / education history
- You MUST hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence
- Full uniform supplied
- Access to in‑house training (SIA and First Aid)
