We're offering a £3,000 signing bonus for PCV-qualified drivers in Bath, as First Bus, in partnership with Flix Bus, continues to grow its long-distance coach operation. We are recruiting experienced drivers to join ourBath-based team on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent, full-time roleoperatinglong-distance intercity coach services across the region.

You'lldeliver a safe, reliable, and enjoyable travel experience, driving modern, well-maintained coaches on scheduled routes while representing

First Bus and Flix Bus to our customers.

We recognise the skills and experience that qualified PCV drivers bring to the role. As part of our offer, successful candidates will receive a £3,000 joining bonus, paid in two instalments during the first 12 months of employment.

• A valid PCV licence
• Experience as a Coach Driver, Bus Driver, or HGV Driver, with the ability to deliver a professional, courteous service to passengers.

• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and the care of passengers throughout their journey.
