Job Description

We’re looking for a Release Manager to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing all release activities—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across our global programs.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead Release Coordination:

  • Plan and manage release activities for software updates, patches, and enhancements, with a key focus on our D365 global rollout
    .
  • Develop and maintain release schedules and timelines in partnership with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time—no defects deployed.

Drive Change Management:

  • Coordinate change requests from program, business, and IT teams, maintaining a prioritized backlog.
  • Assess the impact of defects and releases on existing processes and systems.
  • Communicate release plans, schedules, and impacts clearly to all stakeholders.

Own Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate release documentation and generate insightful reports to track performance and program health.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management and continuously improve release processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience in industry
  • Proven track record in release coordination within an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies and release processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and solution delivery.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
