Sales Negotiator

• £30,000 OTE and above (uncapped)– get rewarded for your hard work!
• Mileage paid

• Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
• Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
• Manage client records and feedback through our system
• Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
• Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly

• Previous residential sales experience required
• Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
• A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid IT skills & attention to detail
• A well‑presented and professional approach
• Punctuality & great organisational skills
• Valid driving licence and own car
