They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to add to their brilliant team. It’s hands-on, fast-paced and a great opportunity to build a long-term career in British woven textiles.

About You

* You’ve worked in textiles and understand fabrics from design to end-process

* Proven knowledge of woven, worsted and cashmere fabrics

* You’ve got a background in account management, design, textiles, product development or technical fabrics

* Confident working with high-end clients who expect exceptional service

* An excellent communicator (written, verbal, face-to-face)

* Commercially savvy and convinced in negotiation

* Fantastic organisation and accuracy; very strong with Excel

* You know who the competitor’s are and keep a close eye on their activity and market trends

* You’re based in West Yorkshire (or commutable) and happy to travel globally

* You’ll be the face of the brand for high-end clients across the globe

* Protect and elevate a brand of British craftsmanship

* Working with the Brand Director, helping to guide fabric choices, colour stories and seasonal direction with iconic fashion houses

* Nurturing and growing key accounts and high-profile collaborations

* Ensure accurate order handling, shipping and logistics
