Loading Operative

Overview

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking loading bay operative to join our client in Robertsbridge. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. (Full Training Given)

• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized loading bay area
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams
• Report any damaged or missing goods to supervisors
• Operate the curtains on lorries going in and out.

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience is not required.
• Access to a device to complete an online application.

Weekly Rotating Rota:

• Monday - Friday : 06:00 - 18:00
• Monday - Friday: 18:00 - 06:00

Day pay rate: £13.77

Night pay rate: £14.28

As an agency we are offering this position on a temporary basis. All our positions have opportunities for Temp2
