Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive | Beaconsfield area

Full-time or Part-time (3 days considered for senior candidates)

An ambitious and fast-growing law firm in Buckinghamshire is looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive into its expanding Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor around 2-3 years' PQE, or a more experienced Private Client professional seeking a flexible, part-time role, to join a modern practice with a genuinely supportive and friendly culture.

Working closely with the Head of Private Client, you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, advising clients across the full spectrum of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Deeds of Variation
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trusts

You’ll be trusted to run your own files while being supported by an experienced and approachable team.

This role would suit someone who is:

• Technically confident across Private Client work
• Comfortable managing their own caseload
• Organised, proactive, and able to use their own initiative
• Personable and empathetic, with excellent client care skills
