Our Client premium tailoring and made-to-measure specialist with a store in the heart of Beaconsfield. Our Beaconsfield store offers a welcoming consultation space where clients can browse fabrics, discuss bespoke tailoring, and receive expert craftsmanship in a relaxed environment. We’re looking for someone passionate about delivering luxury retail experiences, building high-performing teams and driving store success.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of 4 internal salespeople at the Beaconsfield store, leading all aspects of store operations, team performance, customer experience, and sales growth. You will act as the ambassador of the brand on the ground and ensure consistent high standards across service, presentation and commercial performance. Ideally, you will have previously worked within Menswear/Womenswear and/or within a luxury/premium retail or hospitality environment where you have developed the necessary skills to offer a level of service that meets our Client's high expectations.
