We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for a weekend negotiator.

• Conducting viewings and drawing offers
• Follow-up on business leads
• Provide thorough viewing feedback
• Take incoming calls and register notes on the CRM
• Complete property call rounds

• Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be highly organized
• Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Display high standards of service and presentation

• Every Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
