Reporting to the Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for managing match procedures, assisting with b coding non-PO invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

• Match invoices from vendors to receipts
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Process and code non-PO invoices, ensuring that proper approvals are obtained
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Audit expense reports and process reimbursements in Expensya
• Perform account reconciliations specific to accounts payable
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and inquiries related to accounts payable
• Good received-not-invoiced reconciliation
• Exposure to credit card/fuel card processing

• Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounts payable role
• Experience with ERPs (EAM, Sun Systems)
• Knowledge of spend management software
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers

20 hours per week

Gross salary: £13,000 – £15,000 per year
