Our client is a fun and outgoing company who are looking for someone who is confident and passionate to join their team as a Front of House Administrator at their office in Bedford.
The ideal candidate will need strong customer service skills, have a confident telephone manner and enjoy a varied role.
As a Front of House Administrator your duties will include:
* Ensure the communal areas are maintained to a high standard
* Meet and greet all visitors and clients
* Answer all incoming calls
* Handle all incoming post and deliveries
* Dealing with the meeting room requests
* Assist with setting up conferences and events
As a Front of House Administrator you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist/Front of House role is preferred
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask
