Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Serving as the central point of contact, facilitating clear and timely communication between project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors

Organising, tracking and maintaining all project related documentation, including contracts, schedules, drawings and change orders

Assisting in the development and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating the delivery of materials and resources

Supporting the Project Manager in tracking project expenditures

Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and accurately documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items

Purchasing relevant materials

Desirable Requirements :

Previous experience in a project support or coordination role

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Demonstrable strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
