Summary of the Sales Administrator role
Salary: £26,000 pro rata

Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator
* Process sales orders on system
* Taking orders from customers via telephone
* Maintaining customer records
* Outgoing calls to customers
* Collating tracking information
* Direct and/respond to sales enquiries via email and telephone
* Monitor and process customer returns
Requirements for a successful Sales Administrator
* Experience in a similar or relevant administration role
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* IT skills
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
