Vehicle Technician role at Expleo Group
We are currently looking for Skilled/Semi‑Skilled Vehicle Technicians to assist in the following areas of vehicle research and development:
- Electrical Testing (including Connected Car)
- Body & Trim Testing
- NVH
- Dyno & Emission Testing
- Marketability
- General vehicle-based servicing, test preparation and safety checks (Control Room activities)
- Inspection & Material Handling (Including Goods In/Out)
- Preparation of vehicles or parts for special uses including test use
- Evaluation of vehicle performance according to set criteria
- Assembly / dis‑assembly of parts, components, or vehicles for static & dynamic test activities
- Maintenance of vehicles to include safety check, retrofit, fault finding and repair
- Liaise with engineers to conduct tests to Nissan Standards & local operating procedures
- Instrumentation set‑up
- Write reports
- Assist with facility management inclusive of maintenance, facility calibration, risk assessment and training
- Learn bespoke Nissan systems required to fulfil role
- Vehicle Technician, IMI Level 3 for skilled roles
- Vehicle Technician, IMI Level 2 for semi‑skilled roles
- Previous experience of working in a vehicle build/prototype environment would be desirable
- Workshop experience for semi‑skilled roles
- Workshop experience for skilled roles
