Working hours: 8.30- 5 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-4.30 on Friday

The Role Estimator

You ll play a key role in preparing accurate, well-thought-out tenders for general contracting schemes in the £1 5m range. Working closely with a skilled commercial team, you ll ensure bids are competitive, detailed, and aligned with client expectations.

You will be working across new build and refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders for projects across education, leisure, and commercial sectors.
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Contribute to the company s ethos of delivering quality and value.

The Right Person

• 4+ years experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Relevant construction qualification.
• Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work 8 5 in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
