Estimator - Flat Roofing

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking an experienced Flat Roofing Estimator with strong refurbishment knowledge to join our Bedford-based estimating team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate tenders and supporting project success.

• Prepare competitive and accurate tenders for flat roofing refurbishment projects
• Conduct site visits if required, take-offs, and material assessments
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity in costings
• Assist with project handovers to the contracts team
• Stay updated on industry standards, materials, and installation techniques

• 2-5 years' experience in flat roofing estimating (refurbishment focus preferred)
• Proven track record in commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
  
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (roofing-specific packages advantageous)
• Willing to undergo DBS check (provided by company)

• Salary: £40,000-£65,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
