In this Senior Transport Planner position, you will be doing work that makes a visible impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading transport planning inputs for a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects
Preparing, reviewing and signing off Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and Technical Notes
Providing clear, confident advice to clients, local authorities and project stakeholders
Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to develop their technical capability
Managing project programmes and contributing to fee proposals and business development
Working closely with engineers, planners and other disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions

To be successful as a Senior Transport Planner, you will have:
Demonstrable experience in transport planning within a consultancy or local authority setting
Strong technical knowledge of UK transport planning and the development planning process
Experience producing and reviewing transport planning reports to a high standard
The confidence to communicate effectively with clients and local authorities
The ability to manage your own workload while supporting others
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience (working towards or holding professional accreditation is advantageous)
