In this Senior Transport Planner position, you will be doing work that makes a visible impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading transport planning inputs for a diverse range of development and infrastructure projects
• Preparing, reviewing and signing off Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and Technical Notes
• Providing clear, confident advice to clients, local authorities and project stakeholders
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to develop their technical capability
• Managing project programmes and contributing to fee proposals and business development
• Working closely with engineers, planners and other disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions

• Demonstrable experience in transport planning within a consultancy or local authority setting
• Strong technical knowledge of UK transport planning and the development planning process
• Experience producing and reviewing transport planning reports to a high standard
• The confidence to communicate effectively with clients and local authorities
• The ability to manage your own workload while supporting others
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience (working towards or holding professional accreditation is advantageous)
