Join a developing service focused on supporting young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Neglect Abuse and Trauma (NAT). This role aims to improve psychological well-being and facilitate reunification with family environments through structured evidence-based interventions.

• Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 918 months using a range of psychological approaches.
• Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework.
• Offer specialist consultation to staff supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning.
• Act as keyworker reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings.
• Assess and monitor risk implementing appropriate risk management plans.
• Work flexibly across community settings residential homes and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.
