Position: Care Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

Care Assistant – Full-time / Part-time – Bedford

Location: Bedford
Pay: £14.50–£15.50 per hour + mileage
Hours: Full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts
Shifts: 07:00–14:00 or 16:00–22:00 (flexible). Must be available every other weekend
Start: Immediate starts once onboarding is completed

Your Role as a Care Assistant

You’ll play a key part in helping clients stay independent, confident, and comfortable in their own homes.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care: washing, dressing, mobility assistance
  • Assisting with medication and daily health needs
  • Preparing meals and light housework
  • Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Facilitating hobbies, activities, and outings
