Job Summary

Role:
Clinical Lead Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) services. Salary/Benefits: up to £70,000 depending on level of experience.

Hours:

Full Time.

Location:

National, role base negotiable, hybrid.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Lead will develop and refine the clinical model, manage and supervise clinicians across the country, and support the delivery of both direct and indirect support to children and young people. This includes conducting specialist assessments, report writing, delivering evidence‑based interventions, designing bespoke training packages for staff teams, and facilitating clinically focused meetings, consultations and reflective practice.

Candidate Profile

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience working as a qualified Psychologist with children and young people in settings such as CAMHS, residential care or trauma‑informed services.
  • Proficiency in delivering evidence‑based trauma‑informed therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience in delivering training programmes and in conducting specialist assessments and management of a range of presenting needs.
  • Experience supervising and managing other clinicians.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team‑player attitude.
  • Registered with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
Essential Qualifications
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Qualified Psychologist working with children and young people, including those presenting with risk‑taking behaviour.
  • Experience managing and supervising clinicians.
  • Ability to conduct specialist clinical assessments and produce high‑quality reports.
  • Experience supporting staff teams through training, consultation, and reflective practice.
