Clinical Lead – Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Services

Location:

National – base negotiable. Hybrid.

Contract:

Full Time, Permanent.

Working hours:

40 hours per week. Salary:
Up to £70,000.

About the Organisation

For over 25 years, our specialist residential care services have provided therapeutic care and education for girls who have experienced child sexual exploitation (CSE). Our specialist CSE services aim at understanding and reducing risk factors through an evidence based model of care that is trauma informed and developed to deliver therapeutic residential care, individual therapy and education packages.

Job Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Lead for our CSE services. You will provide clinical leadership, work alongside operational colleagues to support the ongoing delivery of evidence based practice and contribute to the development of high quality services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the ongoing development of the clinical model.
  • Managing and supervising other clinicians across the country.
  • Supporting the delivery of both direct and indirect support to children and young people.
  • Conducting specialist assessments, report writing and delivering evidence‑based interventions.
  • Designing and offering bespoke training packages for staff teams.
  • Supporting teams in clinically focused meetings, consultation and reflective practice.

Candidate Profile

  • Committed to improving outcomes for young people.
  • Experience working with children and young people presenting with a range of clinical needs in relevant settings.
  • Experience delivering evidence‑based trauma informed therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience delivering training and conducting specialist assessment, intervention and management.
  • Experience supervising and managing other clinicians.
  • Registered with the HCPC.
  • Qualified Psychologist with children and young people, including those with risk‑taking behaviour.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
