The Data Coordinator will maintain and manage marketing and lead generation data: list building/segmentation, data quality, lead-source tracking, CRM/marketing system integration and reporting support. This role ensures campaigns are built on reliable data and that measurement and insights are robust.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain, clean and validated marketing/lead-generation databases (deduplication, contact accuracy, hygiene).
• Build and manage list segments and target-audience databases for digital, email and telemarketing campaigns.
• Track lead sources and capture attribution in CRM/marketing automation processes.
• Ensure all marketing-generated leads are correctly entered, tagged and followed through in the system.
• Work closely with Digital & Performance, Email & Nurture, Telemarketing teams to ensure data flows align with campaigns and pipeline.
• Produce regular reports on data health, lead-source performance and segmentation outcomes.
• Recommend and help implement improvements to data capture processes, system integration and marketing operations

Essential experience, skills & attributes for the role:

• 3 years’ or more experience in marketing operations/data coordination or CRM support role.
• Very strong attention to detail and numeracy; accurate and structured.
• Experience working with database/CRM/marketing automation systems – specifically Hubspot; proficient in Excel, comfortable with segmentation logic.
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions.
• Analytical mindset; ability to identify data issues and recommend solutions.

Desirable experience, skills & attributes for the role:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Pardot) and integrating data flows.
• Interest in analytics/BI or campaign measurement.
• Understanding of GDPR/data protection in marketing context.
