IT Support Technician required . My client is a growing IT Managed services provider, working with schools, nurseries and colleges operating within three countries. 100% of their customers are educators of young people. All or their services are geared around the specific needs of schools and ensuring everything is focused around improving pupil outcomes.

• Carrying out day to day 1st & 2nd Line support tasks
• Responding to helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
• Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting
• Basic Hardware & Software repairs
• Deployment of Hardware and software
• Maintaining network documentation and reporting
• Assisting with customer sales requests
• Provide technical guidance and support to school staff.

• Full UK driving license
• Strong customer facing skills & problem-solving skills
• 2+ Years in a similar role
• Experience in AV installations
• Familiarly with Auto Task or other helpdesk solutions – desirable
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
• Google (G-Suite) & Office 365 experience
• MCSA experience – Desirable
• Apple IOS & OSX
• Remote access Technology (Team viewer, Datto RMM)

• Monday to Friday – 37.5hrs a week (Full time)
• Salary £21,000 – 25,000 (DOE)
• 25 days holiday including bank holidays
