Commercial Director
We have been retained by a new client to recruit a Commercial Director for their UK business. The client is looking to drive a revised growth strategy and will be reporting to the European Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and deliver the UK sales strategy
- Develop and coach the sales team through refined and proactive sales processes
- Lead operations and supply chain elements of the business
- Take responsibility for the marketing direction of the business
The ideal candidate is currently a Sales or Commercial Director with experience in the leasing, rental or Facilities Management sector, proven record of significant sales growth, and experience leading high‑performing teams. UK based experience is essential. Ideally the candidate holds an MBA and demonstrates a consultative, confident style.
This role requires on‑site presence in Bedford, minimum 3 days a week. It offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking to step into an MD capacity.
