Up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. Full-time | Permanent.

An established and highly regarded national membership organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its senior management team. This organisation has a strong brand, an active and engaged membership base, and a growing national and international profile. With ambitious plans for future growth, it is now looking to appoint a commercially minded and service-driven operations professional to play a pivotal role in its continued success.

• Ensure members receive consistently high-quality service.
• Expand the reach and value of membership products, publications and advertising portfolio.
• Oversee key operational functions including sales, examinations, finance and IT.
• Drive operational excellence and contribute to the organisation’s wider mission to support, promote and represent its sector across the UK and internationally.
