We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced and quality-focused environment. You’ll be working on the mechanical assembly of electronic products, following detailed instructions and ensuring high standards are met throughout the process. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, has a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow step-by-stepassembly instructions and seek guidance when needed.
• Fitmechanical fixingsand carry out tasks like
  
  PCB cleaning(manual and machine) andPCB breakout.
• Work to agreedquality standard sand follow
  
  ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures.
• Complete tasks efficiently while avoiding scrap or errors.
• Use the correct tools and complete all required paperwork for traceability(batch records, build reports, etc.).
• Keep your work area clean and organised, following5S standards.
• Maintain tools and shared equipment and report any issues to your team leader.
• Attend daily team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Understand how your work impactskey performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and product quality.

Person Specification (Required)

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills through hands-on experience and training.
• Genuine interest in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stay focused and organised.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or defects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality databases).

Person Specification (Preferred)

• Experience working in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry
• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
