Hospice Volunteer: Befriend, Fundraise & Wellness Support

Volunteering with Sue Ryder is an amazing way to support people through the most difficult times of their lives. Without the support of around 6,000 volunteers like you, we simply couldn't provide our expert care.

Typically, roles in our hospices and the community might involve:

• Gardening and maintenance
• Fundraising
• Befriending
• Providing wellbeing support
• Admin and reception support

We are seeking volunteers for our Hospice department. This is a voluntary role requiring 4+ hours of your time.

To apply, please complete an online application, including a little bit of information about your experiences to date and any ideas you might have around the type of volunteer role that you might like. This will help us to match you to the right opportunity. If you’re not sure what kind of role would suit you that’s okay, we’ll arrange a chat to talk about the different options.
