• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with active NMC registration.
• Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills.
• A caring professional approachable personality committed to high-quality care.
• Previous experience in a nursing home environment.

• Deliver safe effective compassionate nursing care to residents with a range of needs.
• Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues families and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Promote dignity wellbeing and a positive supportive environment for residents.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practice across the home.
