What you will do
  • Lead assessments, referrals and safeguarding activities within the Children’s MASH Team to effectively support children and families in crisis.
  • Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team, including police, health workers and education professionals, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, helping to shape best practices within children’s services and the MASH environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for child protection and family support, delivering solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate and participate in multi‑agency meetings, evidencing a proactive approach to addressing complex cases and safeguarding concerns.
