Senior​/Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for his/her section daily activities and overall performance.
• To ensure products produce with good quality at optimal cost.
• Liaise with support group in continuous improvement programs.
• Assign to certain projects as project supervisor or lead to follow up on the product changes, quality performances and coordination with production on various processes.
• Line balancing and work layout to ensure work done is effective and efficient.
• Originate programs for continuous line improvement.
• Ensure operators adhere to work procedures and carry out in the correct manner.
• Supervisor duty is to enforce discipline and morale of the work force.
• He / She has to keep up high standard of housekeeping.
• Coaching, counseling and grievance handling role to operators assigned.
• Promote, maintain safe work practice and adherence to establish work procedures to achieve a safe work environment.
• Cross training of operators to develop workforce capabilities.
• Supervisor in charge of mini store to be responsible for materials and label printing control.
• Participate / lead in Kaizen and Six Sigma programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• GCE “A” level holder / ITC / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA environment is preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and soldering rework of PCBA is preferable.
• Proficient in Open / MS Office application.
• Candidate required to work permanent night shift.
