We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for a neighbourhood grocery store located in Bedok.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Handle cash management, simple reporting, and store administrative matters
- Support management in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Preferably with prior retail or minimart/groceries experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Pleasant personality with a customer‑oriented mindset
