Mattea Group (Mattea Social Space, Manna Bake, Mattea Coffee brand) has been operating 4 (four) stores and a Bakery Studio. It is supported by 150+ talented Social Team members located across Greater Jakarta Area.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Specialist located at our backoffice in Bekasi City. The Accounting Specialist will handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, the Accounting Specialist will support audits, assist with budget preparation, and provide financial analysis as needed.

• Experience with Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, and Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of Tax Regulations and Compliance Standards
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work well and directly with BoD
