Quality Manager

Supervise & support engineers in task of in-process quality and customer issues.

Make Quality Status Report as well as support engineer in data analysis.

Overview control and support new model/new project/change control & collaborate with CFT.

Communicate with all relevant staff to get support as needed.

Supervise QA/QC/Lab & sub coordinate more than 35 Persons.

Handling second & three-party audit, Customer claim & warranty claim.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other suitable qualifications

5 years' experience in improving quality problems for automotive exterior parts or tier 1 supplier.

Good communication skills in English language.

Has good knowledge about MR, ISO & QMS is mandatory.

Experience in automotive assembly parts [inject, plastic & painting plastic materials].

Experience in presenting solutions to cause analysis of problems.

Experience of inspection on Supplier parts and process inspection.

Experienced working in a global company would be an advantage.

Certificated lead auditor ISO & QMS.
