Site Supervisor; ME

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (ME) to join our team at Dhia Adika Utama, a leading Lighting Integrator company based in Bekasi, West Java. In this full‑time role you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical (ME) aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Supervising and coordinating the work of ME teams on construction sites
• Ensuring that all ME work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the required specifications
• Monitoring progress and quality of ME work, and addressing any issues or deviations
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Providing technical guidance and support to ME teams
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (ME) in the construction industry
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction methods, and quality control procedures
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Working knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
